Alterface technologies have united the iconic Cinnamoroll character with adoring fans at the Discovery Theater in Sanrio Puroland theme park in Tokyo. This attraction, a first for Asia, features synchronized theaters with interactive gameplay and special effects. Guests experience a 5-minute journey through the sky, chasing rainbows and overcoming obstacles.

The gameplay in Cinnamoroll’s Little Big Adventure blends storytelling with interactive engagement. While there is a competitive element using Magic Star Wands to overcome obstacles, the narrative journey remains the focus. Shooting moments align with key scenes, ensuring that the story and emotional connection are prioritized over pure competition.

Each theater includes 35 motion-based seats, with accommodations for wheelchairs and a bench for small children. Interactive features and special effects create an immersive environment. Guests team up with Cinnamoroll to chase rainbows, using their Magic Star Wands to target obstacles. Seat scores are recorded, and the most accurate helpers have their faces shown on the theater screen at the end.

This dual theatre approach offers many advantages, from providing unique, interactive guest experiences and a huge capacity of  600+ person per hour throughput within a compact location, from maximizing staff utilization and ensuring a good return on investment.
